I love the bag and was so excited. The steps clips keep breaking and I can’t use the bagBag arrived before set arrival date! From shipping there were some misshape, however put a large back inside the tote in my hot car for 24 hours and it had regained it's shape! I am pleased with this purchase! I would recommend!The bag is great. It is very similar to the Bogg Bag, but the handles are so cheap. If you carry anymore than a tissue inside, the rivets will break. Just spend the extra money and get a Bogg Bag.Not yellow., very faded. listed as free return, When I tried to return it the label sent would have cost me $100. I tried to contact the seller and got no response. It also won’t let me post a photoThe handle clip popped off first use. I don’t see a way to get new ones.
