The leather is great quality and the shoe has molded to my foot as I've worn it. Very comfortable and looks good with khakis or even a suit. I have a pair in black and one in brown.I bought this boot so I could use it at the airport. The boots arrived well, are made well, and are the correct size. I have one foot with an arthritic ankle, and could not get it to make the transition into the boot. Good boot, bad ankle. I need an Amazon replacement ankle, lol.I love them. Needed a comfortable dress boot for work where I stand on my feet for at LEAST 8 hours. Bought them in my usual size, 10.5, but alas, TOO BIG!!! Not thrilled about that, at all, especially since it will take too long to return and i need them NOW! So now, i will attempt to buy another pair in a SIZE DOWN, pray for me!Other than that they are super comfortable and come as advertised.UPDATE: I bought a Dr. Scholls insole and placed it over the one in the shoe and its PERFECT NOW! Maybe buy your actual size and get an insole and it will allow you to double sock it and fit comfortably, whereas ordering a size down your feet would get squished with this sock/shoe/insole sequence. Good luck.Im a huge wearer of the Chelsea style boot, for Work, and Play. I've tried many diffrent brands, from Ariat, Doc Martens, Georgia Boot, and more! These SORELS are by far the most comfortable set i've worn. They dont "squeek" and are extremely comfortable. I also semi-agree with the previous suggestions to order 1/2 size down.These boots are comfortable and true to size.Very comfortable. Good for walking but also keeping your feet dry. Would recommend them to other pilots as they look dressy but are very durable and comfortable.Love the warmth of the wool liningThe leather of each boot had scuff marks all over and the logo on the back was completely warped. The logo stamp looks smaller on one boot than the other and logo is not centered — which almost made me think these boots are fake based on the mistakes I noticed. Other Sorel boots I have purchased elsewhere are usually in great condition and not like these (quality wise). Kind of think these were worn before more than just someone trying on casually to see if they like them. Would not recommend paying this kind of money for boots with these many mistakes and already lightly worn leather.
