UPDATE: called Amazon back and the rep found the vendor info. I sent them a message and within hours they responded and are sending me a replacement.EARLIER REVIEW:The design is nice for prospecting and panning. However one side of the lower back pack shoulder straps tore away from pack. The shoulder straps and hip belt are poorly design. I have only been on 2 trips since I got this in August. Now I can't use it. Could not find the vendor info to request a replacement.
